Rates for Tri Phailme, Waterville: May 1st to September 31st - (Including Winter Holidays): • €500 per night/ min. 2 nights • €2,700 per week October 1st to April 30th (Excluding Holidays): • €400 per night/ min. 2 nights • €2,250 per week There is also a  Check-in and Check out charge of  €200. Accommodates up to 10 adults. There is no daily service of the house during use unless requested at a fee to be determined.
